School Opening 1|
School Opening 2Our school hall has a wide range of P.E. apparatus. Outside we have a playground, a school field and we make good use of the nearby Recreation Ground and pitches throughout the year.
We regularly play team games against other schools and have had many successes in the annual area netball and football tournaments.
We play a wide-range of other games including rounders, kwik-cricket, badminton, hockey, rugby and short tennis. The school was the first winners of the Malmesbury Area Tag Rugby competition.
All children in Key Stage 2 have swimming lessons at Westonbirt Sports Centre. We ask for parental contributions to support this activity. Opportunities exist to take part in Amateur Swimming Association qualifications during this time and older children can swim for their 25m badge.
Our netball team (+ coach!) after winning the 2008 Area Netball Championship.
The School's July 2005 Sports Day had to be halted when a dust devil picked up a bale of straw and flung it on top of children and spectators.
