School Opening 1|
School Opening 2All parents seeking admission should obtain application forms from the office.
We have two intakes each year. Children whose 5th birthday falls between 1 April and 31 August start full time in January, following a period of part-time attendance during the autumn Term
Those with birthdays between 1 September and 31 March start full-time in September. Admission forms should be completed by the December prior to their admission.
We maintain close links with the Sherston "Busy Hands" Pre-school for 3-5 year olds. We arrange with them a series of informal visits during the Summer Term with the aim of making the transition to school an easy and natural one for each child.
Parents interested in registering their child at Sherston School are very welcome to visit the school during school time or after school. Contact the office for an appointment with the Headteacher.
Our catchment area includes the parishes of Sherston, Sopworth and Easton Grey, together with Pinkney, Willesley and Knockdown.
Transport will be provided for children under 7 living over 2 miles from the school. Older children are required to live at least 3 miles or over to qualify. Please enquire at the office for further details.
